There is now a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their incredibly strong marketing team as a Marketing Manager.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and will have the support of a Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team (including their in house creative team).

The purpose of this role is to lead in the delivery of their marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix and oversea the joint marketing process.

Key responsibilities include:

* Brief and work with the Creative Studio in the development and implementation of creative ideas and design concepts.

* Management of all offline marketing activity, with support from the marketing team and creative studio.
* Liaise with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure a holistic approach to campaign delivery.
* Devise and produce individual marketing campaigns for their partners/ clients .
* Work with the Head of Marketing on the management and usage of the CRM and marketing database.



Key experiences needed for this role include:

* Previous experience managing small teams is essential in this role, there are 3 direct reports but you will also be a go to person to the wider marketing and creative teams. Proven ability to motivate and enthuse colleagues

* Ability to develop and maintain key relationships internally as well as external agencies and trade clients.
* Analytical/ CRM experience to understand what data means and therefore what direction the campaigns need to go in.
* Experience working with/ briefing in house creatives is ideal.
* Travel experience is ideal, although not essential. Must have B2C Consumer experience and be commercially minded.
