As the Business Development Executive for a successful law firm, your primary role will be to support the Business Development Manager in the development and execution of business development and marketing plans and campaigns and to help in the identification and creation of opportunities to win new business.

The role holder will primarily support the Disputes & Resolution team. You will enjoy a role which is broad in nature providing day to day support to the division, in particular in relation to planning and budgeting; strategic targeting of new business and the development of relationships with contacts capitalising on the firm's existing networks; pitches and capability statements; and the delivery of campaigns. The Business Development Executive also be responsible for profile raising activities and marketing communications. You will support the planning and delivery of a variety of targeted events such as seminars, workshops, receptions and other client hospitality; project manage directory and award submissions; assist in the creation of marketing collateral and direct mailings; and organise and maintain internet and intranet content.

The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Executive will be a well-educated team player, with significant experience in a professional services environment, ideally within a partnership. This role would suit an existing Business Development Executive. You must be robust, confident and pro-active and excel at dealing effectively with conflicting requirements, having the capacity to adapt and respond at short notice. Fluency in French would be advantageous.
