Account Director/Strategist (Part Time)
Award-winning creative agency based in central London (very close to Farringdon mainline station) is looking for an Account Director/Strategist to work closely with the CD/owner in helping deliver a more strategically-led offer, whilst working as first point of contact for a leading global drinks brand.
This agency work with a small number of food & drink brands, from household names through to start-ups.
The role would suit an experienced Account Director (possibly with a background in Planning) who would enjoy playing a major part in helping to re-define, communicate and sell the agency proposition - this will involve developing outline copy content for the website, providing market/competitor insights, identifying new business leads - networking via Linked In.
Crucially we are looking for an experienced individual to pro-actively grow one of the key accounts, whilst providing advice/support for small ambitious businesses.
We would expect all candidates to have developed and led brand activation strategies based on consumer/market insights (either client or agency side), be highly organised and an exceptionally confident communicator with an outgoing personality.
Summary of Role
Day to day liaising with clients via email/phone, taking briefs, creating estimates - managing timings and budgets, briefing designer, raising draft invoices and weekly WIP reports. Working pro-actively to seek new (more strategic) opportunities with existing client, whilst pro-actively seeking new opportunities primarily through online networking, article writing etc (no cold calling required).
The working environment is friendly and relaxed - although they are a small team they share an open-plan office with other businesses.
