This well-known fashion retail brand with major operations in Europe and North America is looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst who, from the marketing and commercial data that is collected through various sources and channels, will analyse, understand and devise tangible actions aiming to increase revenue and brand profile.

Based in London, the Senior Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for:

* Understanding the customers in each of the key markets and use data to prove what will make their experience better.

* Analyse the marketing activity to report on ROI and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

* Provide the Merchandising teams with insight into which products are helping to drive new customers to buy from the company and how this differs in each of their core markets.

* Help build automated reporting in Excel and PowerBI.

* Develop propensity models to ensure the campaigns are targeting the right customers.

* Help the Marketing team understand the behavioural and attitudinal customer segmentations and the key differences between segments.


Based in London, the Senior Marketing Data Analyst ideally should have:

* Able to translate complex data into actionable insight.

* Comfortable with writing complex SQL queries.

* Presenting to non-technical audiences.

* Statistical modelling.

* Managing multiple stakeholders.

* Proactive approach to work.
