To implement a dynamic recruitment campaign to fill new and existing vacancies within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) function. This function is tasked to provide high quality technology 'cloud based' services that not only replaces its legacy ICT platform but provides latest technology and software to staff. To this end, DDaT is developing its staffing structures and in order to meet emerging recruitment priorities is planning a recruitment campaign. We are seeking an IT/ Digital Marketing specialist with a good background in Recruitment Marketing to lead the development and delivery of a DDaT recruitment marketing strategy.
This role requires sound experience of:

* Recruitment Marketing - demonstrating a portfolio of success within the IT/Digital arena and good understanding of target audience and how to engage with that audience
* Project planning
* Communications across a range of relevant social network and marketing platforms to reach a relevant audience
* Recruitment event management (including designing and setting up the event and managing the event on the day).
* Experience of Developing and implementing a recruitment marketing strategy and implementation plan that will also promote employer brand, closely aligned to the brand and recruitment strategy and key messaging.
* Develop a range of branding and attraction strategies that will reach target audiences, aligning this with the organisational brand
* Work with Government Recruitment Service, HR and Marketing Agency to deliver DDaT recruitment marketing campaigns
* Ensure that advertisements are aligned to DDaT career development/progression pathways (including Apprenticeships and Experienced Entrants)
* Put into place tools that will analyse the success of marketing campaigns
* Stage recruitment networking event for potential candidates
* Experience of constructing networking/marketing and comms plans to attract targeted audiences and for specific (high profile/technical) roles
* Develop marketing promotions and liaise with Government Recruitment Service and Marketing Agency in terms of content and delivery
* Monitor/analyse response and attraction rates and make further recommendations based on the trends

You will need to be SC cleared for this role and be able to interview on the 17th, 18th and poss 19th December and you will have a communications background in the in technology / digital space
