Based: Greater London
Join the successful brand team of this much admired premium FMCG business and lead the strategic vision, innovation planning and promotional activity for a core part of their product portfolio. You will work cross functionally with global functions and use insight and analysis to deliver effective plans in conjunction with a strong local brand team. Team management, budget management, forecasting, and agency management will all fall under your radar. Success in this role could very well lead to more senior opportunities in the business within the foreseeable future.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a classic FMCG marketer with either premium brands experience or a genuine empathy for that world. You will have a background that encompasses advertising and media planning; have held P&L and budget management responsibility; be a strong people manager and sophisticated influencer of colleagues and 3rd party partners; and importantly be a results driven change manager - resilient, determined and a role model for other members of the marketing function.
