Based: West London
A lovely role for a bright and lively marketer with broad marketing communications experience to join a rapidly expanding and exciting company. You will have specific responsibility for the planning and development of the company comms strategy encompassing PR (identifying opportunities to grow media coverage), new product releases and all owned channels (email, website and social), social media strategy as well as the management of the comms budget. You will also have responsibility for a small team and conduct performance management as appropriate.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced marketing communications specialist with a strong record of delivering consumer PR and social media activity. You must be an exceptional copywriter, and a background in journalism would certainly be valued. The ability to work and thrive in a small-company environment that can be hectic would be useful; budget and people management would be desirable. Given the nature of the product, a passion for cycling is essential.
