Your new role

An exciting new role has arisen within the marketing department as an Insight and Data Analyst. The job holder will be responsible for providing technical expertise on campaign development, data selections, campaign evaluation and customer and market research. The job holder will work closely with the other marketing analysts on technical aspects associated with the implementation of the customer segmentation strategy. You will provide analytical and implementation support for the delivery of customer insight, such as FRESCO & MAS analysis.

You will take ownership of the development and delivery of all data selections for marketing and any analytics required for campaign development, as well as the evaluation of these activities. As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to be consulted on how the activity can help meet the objectives. You will provide appropriately targeted customer selections based on these objective. AS well as evaluate the performance of the activity, providing tangible solutions to direct future development to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

It is desirable that you have at least two years' experience in a similar role. You will be Degree level educated in a numerate subject or have a strong demonstration of substantial numeric and statistical ability. You will have used Data mining, Analysis and Modelling software: SAS. As well be experienced using MS office and Data Analytics. You will have experience working with CRM systems and have an understanding of marketing automation, databases and campaign development.
