A global media publishing body are looking for a CRM specialist to design and execute the delivery of engagement programs which increases the value of their relationships whilst diversifying their revenue streams. You should have experience in delivering tailored experiences for a wide range of customers.
About the role
- Champion the voice of our customer, through operationally led insight & aligning with their editorial differentiators
- Work in collaboration with Tech, and the Proposition & Market Development team to design and implement the necessary capability to fulfil new purchasing decisions
- Deliver targeted improvements in customer engagement
- Develop a three year customer view to include growth opportunities in terms of deeper engagement and creation of new purchasing decisions
- Manage the reporting of KPI's
- Experience in managing through the line CRM programmes (subscription based companies would be ideal)
- Thorough understanding of best practice in engagement and retention management, testing
- Experience in managing media agencies for owned and paid channels
- A tenacious attitude, which is able to adapt and influence virtual teams
