This well-known brand is looking for Head of marketing who will lead the marketing strategy and implementation for the different products commercialized by the firm via own stores and main partner retailers.

Our client is a well-known Interior Design Products Company.


Based in London, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for:

* Telling Stories - with the support of our CEO you will own a lead the marketing strategy across all global markets. With a comprehensive marketing calendar of storytelling and events, you will be an integral part of project managing from concept to execution. Ensuring all of our Marketing assets, campaigns and partnerships are on brand and the represent our tone of voice.

* Launch Plans - develop and own the launch plan for every new product family from sign off to launch, engaging necessary teams across the business to ensure high impact launches globally.

* CRM - partnering our CEO you will be key to implementing and driving a new CRM function to understand and target consumers.

* Devising the go-to-market marketing strategy considering the different channels the firm plans to cover (specialized retailers, design stores, own stores etc.).

* Definition of marketing plan and communication strategy relating to collections, implementation of the various levers included in the plan (sampling activities, press campaign, TV campaign, radio campaign, campaign at the point of sale, web and social campaign, guerrilla campaign, mailing, events newsletter, in store promotion, co-marketing / partnership activites.

* Approval of communication elements: press, web, TV, radio, point of sale, newsletter, social, etc.

* Participation in the definition of the operating objective (budget) within the Market Office and in collaboration with the Sales Office.

* Provide efficient and effective support for sales division, as well as new opportunities e.g. trade marketing activities, new direct retail projects, pop-up opportunities, POS projects

* Identifying relevant target audiences and tactics to drive footfall and conversion in store.

* Testing and delivering promotional mechanics and offers that drive conversion and footfall.

* Planning & implementing trade marketing for each channel in order to hit revenue targets.


Based in London, the Head of Marketing ideally should have:

* Previous experience in marketing for interior design related products is a must.

* An impressive range of marketing experience in a progressive organisation under your belt across 5+ years of relevant experience. A proven track record of successful Marketing campaigns.

* Experience in a creative industry and the ability to be creative yourself is a bonus and will help you understand our ways of working.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage people and build strong relationships.

* A proactive approach, resilient to make change happen, passionate and energetic, 'hands on' and you thrive in ambiguity.

* An extremely organised and confident project manager - you get things done and have the ability to influence.

* A commercial and analytical thinker.
