We are working with a global and industry leading cyber security technology business with headquarters in London. They are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital team on strategy and implementation for the business.

The business are one of the most renowned cyber security technology businesses who work across businesses in financial and professional services and commerce and industy to provide them with industry leading cyber technology.

They are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager into their London offices. This person will ideally be from a technology background and with strong B2B digital marketing experience.

Description

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

In a relatively new team, your responsibilities will be to:

Own our digital channels and the platforms that operate them;

  • Website (CMS Silverstripe/Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Analytics and reporting (GA and PowerBI
  • Email (Marketo / Eloqua
  • SEO (Moz)
  • Campaign & lead management (Marketo / Eloqua)
  • Webinars (GoToWebinar)
  • Social (SproutSocial)
  • Paid media (Google Ads)
  • Develop the overarching digital vision and strategy
  • Own and develop digital touchpoints of the customer journey
  • Manage digital workflow and requests from across the business.
  • Work with the global team to plan and deliver effective campaigns.
  • Work with the content team to create and use assets.
  • Engage in-house and external specialists when required.
  • Support regional marketers on activities where they do not have local capability.
  • Track and report on all activities.
  • Every so often you'll need to dive into work outside of digital.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • A natural project manager who can use process or platform to keep everything moving.
  • Someone is enjoys the hands on / practical side of delivering digital. You don't need to know how to code but technical problem solving will be needed.
  • Data driven shouldn't be a buzzword to you. You should know analytics and reporting as a base and be able to interpret the data
  • Cross functional
  • Good is the enemy of great and great is the enemy of delivered. Orchestrating is great but you need to be a fixer and know when good is enough.
  • User obsessive, knowing the audience in-depth should be how you guide your actions
  • Our sales cycle is long, our industry competitive and our offerings technically complicated. You will think beyond lead gen and MQLs to what will really grow the business in the long term.
  • IT/ Technology industry experience would be beneficial but not essential

Job Offer

Up to £50,000 plus package
