The role of Retention Marketing Manager is for a leading UK Brand with leading Telecomms, Broadband and TV products. You will help to reduce customer churn and maximise LTV.

The responsibilities of the Retention Marketing Manager position include the following:

Develop communications for retention campaigns across BTL channels - online and offline
Work closely with propositions and insights teams to ensure commercial customer centric plans are optimised
Assess campaign data, results and segmentation to maximise effectiveness and reduce churn
Provide regular updates and work closely with forecasting teams
Proactively make recommendations to improve LTV


The successful candidate for the London based position will possess the following:
Previous Marketing experience specifically with regard to B2C Retention Campaigns
You will ideally have worked in Telecomms, Internet, Energy or Financial Services
Excellent understanding of segmentation and post campaign analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to influence senior stakeholders and take a highly commercial approach
Be degree educated
