The purpose of this Digital Marketing Manager is to take responsibility for the delivery of the didigtal strategy with particular focus on business and education audiences.

My client is a Not For Profit and Charities organisation based in London which fosters relationships between companies, education and Governments that advances careers for young people.


The Key responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Manager based in London are as follows:

* Develop and implement a multi-channel digital strategy

* Manage the digital content editor

* Develop innovative testing plans to maximise acquisitions and drive marketing efficiencies

* Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and integration across digital platforms

* Deliver the email marketing plan, with the understanding of how to cultivate relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for retention and upsell/cross-sell

* Leverage data within digital analytics tools to identify and report on performance and key trends, using the results to deliver improvements across all digital KPIs


The successful Digital Marketing Manager will be based in the heart of London and have the following skills:

* Proven track record of managing digital channels including the website in a B2B environment

* Experience of developing and launching new websites

* Able to think strategically

* A proven track record of delivering against targets through digital marketing

* Knowledge and expertise to get hands on across all digital marketing channels if required

* Strong analytics background with knowledge and experience of digital analytics/insight tools (Google Analytics, social media tools etc)

* Knowledge and experience of SEO to positively increase quantity and quality of web traffic

* Experience of gaining customer feedback via a variety of methods, processes and approaches and translating it into user stories for development in a commercial context

* Knowledge and experience of CMS tools

Job Offer

The is a permanent role for a Digital Marketing Manager and is paying between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. Experience of working in a B2B or Education environment would be advantageous.
