Supporting the Marketing Director in developing the strategy you will manage the tactical execution and development of the marketing team.

The Head of Marketing is a fantastic opportunity to join an established B2B organisation based near Alton. They are experiencing year of year growth and have key product lines that have aligned for exciting growth opportunities. This will be an integral role in the continued success of the business supporting the board.


The Head of Marketing is a hands on delivery role working alongside the Marketing Director to develop the long and short term strategy and manage the tactical delivery, key responsibilities include:

* Day to day management of the marketing team
* Support the sales and account teams to understand key market opportunities and development of tool kits, collateral etc to maximise conversion opportunities.
* Development of full marketing library for both print and digital channels
* Utilise market and business intelligence to market and new product development / enhancement
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels of communication
* External agency management
* CRM management and drive targeted campaigns
* Budget management
* Support tendering processes


To be right for the Head of Marketing role you will have a track record in management and leadership whilst enjoying the hands on delivery aspect of marketing, you will be extremely organised and have drive marketing from insight (customer and marketing). You will have worked with a a product offering support new product development and be able to demonstrate success in market growth. You will be comfortable supporting board level members to drive strategy development.

Job Offer

Salary on offer is up to £55,000 plus benefits
