The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing all marketing and activity for home ownership products (shared ownership and outright sales homes).

This organisation is a leading housing association and one of the largest in the UK, providing affordable housing for low-income families.


* Managing all marketing and activity for shared ownership and outright sales homes
* Working closely with the Sales Managers to develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies
* Leading on specific scheme advertising campaigns and strategies
* Working with other departments (including Sales, Delivery and Digital Managers) to ensure marketing requirements are met on all new developments (hoarding, show home/ marketing suite access, etc)
* Monitoring and reporting on progress and effectiveness of targets and proposing action plans in line with progress findings
* Proofreading and signing off on marketing materials for the team to ensure messaging is accurate and appropriate for the target market
* Working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders on brand, PR and key messaging
* Planning and overseeing innovative PR campaigns and managing the relationship with the PR agency a to maximise PR opportunities including checking press releases, PR activity and case studies
* Sourcing, selecting, appointing and managing design agencies/suppliers
* Supporting the development of a strategy to build the organisation's sales brand presence externally for a range of audiences
* Regular reporting on performance and presenting insight to marketing and internal stakeholders, including analysing RIO of campaigns, conversion rates and spend
* Generating high quality leads for live and forthcoming developments
* Managing and monitoring budgets for the team and ensure working effectively within budgetary frameworks
* Responsibility for managing a team and their performance and development needs, including holding regular 1 on 1s and team meetings



* Experience in successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns in the property sector
* A strong track record in utilising a range of marketing tools and channels effectively
* Excellent communications (proof reading and editing) and interpersonal skills to a wide range of audiences
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
* Experience managing suppliers and agencies (advertising and design), including procurement, setting KPI's and managing their performance
* Solid experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents
* Strong project management skills, a pro-active approach and ability to plan to ensure tight deadlines are met
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* Experience of managing staff and team budgets
* Proactive self-starter who's able to bring new ideas to the organisation


* A degree in marketing or CIM diploma or equivalent

Job Offer

* Salary of £47,000 - £52,000 depending on experience
