The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Sector Business Development Manager and team to contribute to a variety of activities covering the full marketing duties.

A full service national law firm seeking to engage a Business Development Executive, based in Birmingham.


Description

The key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive include:

* working with the Business Development Manager to support on the creation and delivery of sector BD/sales plans.
* scheduling, attending and supporting with sector and sub-sector BD/sales meetings, including administrative support
* supporting with sector specific marketing and comms (including events), as required
* working with the Business Development and Proposals Manager to support with sector specific tenders, proposals and pitches as required
* supporting on the development and management of key account plans including coordinating and attending meetings
* providing administrative support for the client review programme
* being the main point of contact for sector support on a Monday and Friday


Profile

The successful candidate for the Business Development Executive will:

* Ideally have experience of working within legal services or a similar professional/business services environment.
* Ideally have 12 months' previous experience of working in a similar business development role.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* A solid working knowledge of social media
