I'm recruiting a lovely Social and Digital Marketing role for an International Not-for-Profit in London. It a permanent job working at the Head of Social Media and Marketing and is paying £50,000 - £65,000.

This is a new role that will work across the organisation to develop their social media and digital marketing strategy. Working with the Director of Engagement the post holder will lead on social media, email and wider digital marketing strategies. They will be responsible for delivering creative campaigns on behalf of the business and execute written content that catches attention and help them build engagement with external audiences.

The role has one direct report of a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer.

They are looking for someone who can bring real creativity to the role and has a proven track record of engaging audiences through social, email and digital marketing techniques. The role will have a very open dialogue with senior stakeholders so experience of managing these relationships is a must.

Ideal candidate will display:

* Significant experience of delivering creative digital campaigns
* A strong track record across social, digital and email marketing
* Line management experience
* Experience in tailoring journeys for different audiences and increasing engagement across digital channels.
