My client, is recruiting a forward thinking Marketing Manager to join their fast growing business in Shropshire.
As the Marketing Manager you will manage the tactical execution of all Marketing and Communication projects within their European markets. You must possess a b2b background, along with the full marketing mix across both channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop regional and market specific marketing communication plans in line with corporate direction
Manage international tradeshows - EMEA, in conjunction with the head office marketing team
Manage PR function, in conjunction with the head office public relations manager
Work with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules, and delivery of materials to distribution vendor partner in line with brand guidelines and in conjunction with the head office marketing team
Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all developed materials and projects
Co-ordinate web site and social media needs with the head office marketing team, as needed
Management of local merchandise supplies
Coordinate the adaptation and translation of marketing materials for use within EMEA, collaborating with external translation agencies and relevant marketing stakeholders
Act as liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and the creative design team as required
Support the local sales team and partners with head office's marketing teams to develop and implement tactical marketing communications projects, including: sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisements, tradeshow booths, websites, and training materials
Manage external vendors and agency partners as needed
Management of local budgets
Attend both international and U.K exhibitions
Assist Marketing department team as needed with respect to product related items including plant tours and product demo for customer visits, photo shoots and other special events
Responsible for analyzing market and industry information and consolidating data into meaningful and effective reports and presentations
Consolidation and analysis of information to identify trends and opportunities and to highlight strengths, weakness and potential risks
Sales analysis, reporting and related support
Support Product Managers, Sales staff and other departments by providing up to date information and analysis as required
Plan and coordinate new product launches/introductions for EMEA region
Provide input for creation/execution of marketing materials and activities
Coordinate and monitor demo and field trail programs and solicit feedback from customers
Oversee and implement product training

Skills Required
Educated to degree level in Marketing
Candidates coming from B2B sectors would be beneficial, ideally in the construction industry
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Creation and copy writing skills
Design capability or experience of managing agencies that supply design
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies
International trade show execution
Media relations experience with trade press
Ability to manage budgets with many moving parts
Results driven, proactive & able to work autonomously
Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders

Company Benefits
Salary from £35k - £45k depending on experience

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
