My client, a financial services business based in Preston is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. If you have experience of digital marketing, customer journey optimisation and paid media, then please get in touch!

You will be responsible for improving digital customer journey across websites through multivariate testing and paid media channels. It's a hands on role, you'll be doing customer research, session recordings, A/B testing, website updates and website performance reporting. You'll have the opportunity to do testing and affiliate marketing through your own creativity, customer understanding and use of performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase scale of the existing testing program to multiple sites/brands across the group
Develop a testing roadmap of A/B and multivariate tests, and personalisation across all websites
Be the advocate and owner of a customer and data led approach
Generate customer insight using surveys, session recordings, web analytics data, desk research, industry conferences
Turn this insight into test ideas, and work with designers and developers to build and execute the tests across our sites
Analyse test data and report back on findings, feeding into future web design
Update the website with changes that improve the customer journey
Implement content changes yourself through the content management system
Work with the developers to implement technical changes
Support digital marketing team with our paid media, specifically owning affiliate marketing and lead generation
Work with partners to develop digital marketing creative and landing pages
Support with other paid media optimisation efforts across PPC, SEO and display
Ensure the customer journeys are optimal and efficient
Regularly report on the ongoing performance of our websites through Google Analytics
Work alongside the rest of the team to ensure a seamless approach across user experience, content and customer acquisition

We are looking for a positive thinker that sees the potential opportunity in a problem, and the tenacity to question and improve something that is already working well. A strong passion for digital is a must.
You must have experience and achievements within digital user experience and digital marketing, along with an aptitude for data and experience using Google Analytics and other digital tools would be highly valued in this role.
Salary £25k - Negotiable, depending on experience
