Description

Objectives:



- Delivery of initiatives to drive growth



- Availability of proven marketing mechanics and optimised brand/product proposition



- Ensure total regulatory compliance and required expert resourcing



- Manage and develop Global Product Manager



Key Requirements of the role include:



1. Identification, prioritisation and implementation of initiatives to drive growth. Including: new product introduction, market entry, technical/performance developments



2. To develop and validate comprehensive marketing mechanics to drive trial and awareness, including capturing existing learnings and identifying best practice



3. To optimise our product proposition via pack design, claims, branding and copy.



4. To develop an innovation pipeline based on unmet consumer needs and delivery of improved competitive advantage.



5. To measure performance of initiatives and use ROI analysis to support future business proposals.



6. To ensure global expert resources are in place to ensure regulatory compliance, pro-actively identifying future needs and legislative changes.



7. To develop and support processes for operational efficiency, including S&OP, portal and change management



8. Be seen as the central contact for marketing and product expertise.



9. Manage and develop Global Product Manager to ensure effective delivery.


Profile

- Educated to degree level from a recognised university.



- 3-5 years proven track record with outstanding results delivering projects



- Experience of working within product management



- Proven experience maintaining processes and systems containing large amounts of data



- Proven ability to work with a dispersed team

- Ideally worked in a product management role in a Non-Food FMCG Category

- Ideally experience of working with external (regulatory) agencies and suppliers

- Ideally has line management experience


Job Offer

£45,000 to £55,000

12 month fixed term contract

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
