We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a new marketing team to help us maximise our impact and move from “good to great”.
A new role, you will work with key colleagues across NCVO to create, implement and maintain a cross organisation marketing strategy that will enhance and focus on communication, influencing, and products and services, to segmented markets in the civil society, statutory and private sector space.
Using your strategic, communication and influencing skills, you will work closely with heads of teams to build on the excellent work to date and provide the wide range of stakeholders with the wherewithal to help NCVO achieve its overall strategy.
You have substantial experience of marketing across sectors with a special interest in and understanding of civil society. An excellent leader, you have solid experience in coaching, developing and motivating staff, particularly as you'll be leading high performing colleagues that have been brought together from across NCVO.
With excellent marketing, planning and project management skills, you are a confident respected networker, comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
