Our client are a leader and innovator in hair styling, having recently celebrated their 17th Birthday. They have won a number of beauty of awards over the years, now a worldwide brand who show no signs of slowing down.

They are now looking for a Global Head of Design & Director of Content, who will sit in the Marketing team reporting directly to the CMO.


* Lead, develop the creative department
* Responsible for all aspects of design communications and content
* Making sure the brand content activity is inline with the brand strategy (across all channels)
* Upholding and evolving the brand identity


* Develop and mentor the creative department to ensure personal progression within the team
* Highest standard of execution/ideas
* Liaise with the advertising agency
* Own brand layout
* Working on behalf of multiple internal stakeholders
* Planning/delivery of (long and short form video content, produce/edit how-to-videos, create content)
* Collaborate with the industrial design/VM department
* Evolve brand guidelines
* Maintain awareness of the creative industry, trends and styles (with a fashion focus)
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time
* Build a strong creative tem, grow as the business grows - with the potential to transpose agency work in-house

Skills & Qualifications:

* 7+ years experience working in a design environment, in-house or agency
* 3+ years experience in managing people
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
* Digital understanding is a must, digital design capabilities an advantage
* Experience of working on a fashion, beauty or cosmetic brand
