This multi-disciplinary agency, who are unbeatable in reputation, are looking for a Client Service Director, at the top of their game. Stepping into this role, you will be a key agency link across the client services division and commercial team, connecting the dots, championing teams, and taking an overarching accountability for developing new opportunities for the business, alongside mentoring a talented team of Account Handlers.

As a Client Service Director, you will;

  • Use your commercial and business acumen to develop new business opportunities, leading in key pitch meetings and through to the on-boarding of new clients
  • Support your team of Account Handlers, ensuring that they are fully supported from taking initial and complex client briefs, through to delivery; advising where necessary and always leading by best practice, encouraging them to think outside the box and push for the best output!
  • Trust your team to deliver excellent client servicing alongside the creative output that this agency is renowned for, however will establish yourself as the key point of contact for any issues
  • This agency has a huge emphasis and value on brand and design strategy, and as CSD you will be passionately involved in strategic and creative workshops
  • With an overarching view of the Client Services division, you will be able to easily identify any gaps within skillset and effectively resource teams, feeding into the Ops team to advise on future recruitment needs
  • Work closely with the Client Business Director, to update on financial forecasts, pipelines and potential new business developments to assist in the future planning of the agency

What experience is needed for this role?

  • You will be an experienced, talented Client Service Director/ Head of Client Services from a similar creative background, with a proven record of leading teams
  • Commercially astute; able to identify, strategically pitch and win new business through to leading new accounts
  • Have an excellent understanding of agency process, able to identify any opportunities for streamlining and cost control
