Description
Devising and implementing fully integrated SEO marketing and optimisation strategies for sites across the organisation, the SEO Manager will be responsible for:
* Keyword research and opportunity analysis: delivering data-driven insights to the Digital teams around key areas for development.
* Strategy and channel management: developing agile plans for the global websites, aligned with business objectives and customer needs, to boost traffic and performance.
* Contribute to the digital product roadmap based on SEO insights and requirements.
* Champion SEO internally, and lead relationships with external agencies.
* Optimisation and analytics: support and carry out analytics to provide insight into content performance and user behaviour.
* Input directly into the content optimisation programme.
* Work with the Digital Product team to plan and implement technical requirements to align websites with SEM best practice.
Profile
With a clear track record of leading scalable SEO transformation, perhaps for established brands, the successful SEO Manager will have:
* Great examples of leading growth of organic traffic for content marketing sites, devising and implementing data-lad strategies.
* Expert understanding of SEO best practice.
* Experience gathering and reading analytics, and presenting to a wider audience.
* Experience in running PPC campaigns.
* Managing external agencies.
* Excellent soft skills across communication, time management, and initiative.
Job Offer
Joining an excellent team and playing a leading role, the successful candidate will earn circa £35k.
