The Campaign Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manager in all marketing activities including delivery of all product plans, creating & delivering campaigns and delivering objectives in line with the overall marketing strategy.

The key responsibilities for the Campaign Manager include:

* Supporting the planning and execution of all marketing plans and major campaigns against the business strategy.
* Build briefs based on customer and commercial insights to deliver agreed objectives.
* Managing against deadlines and budgets, providing recommendations where necessary.
* Work closely with the Product team to ensure the Product & Range planning is coordinated with the Consumer team to deliver cohesive results.
* Act as Brand Guardian to make sure activity adheres to brand guidelines, maximising the company brand.
* Ensure all Trading activity is coordinated as part of the wider integrated planning approach.
* Work with Consumer team to ensure that actions are followed through and working with key stakeholders to find solutions to potential issues/implications.
* Deliver reporting and analysis with the Marketing team, focusing on ROI, insights to competitor & market intelligence and commercial forecasts.


The successful candidate for the Campaign Manager will be:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Knowledgeable and experienced in digital and offline marketing principles.
* Experienced in working integrated marketing campaigns.
* Experience of involvement in branding.
* Marketing and retail experienced gained from a similar organisation would be desirable.
* Proven experience in collaborating in a team to achieve results.
* Good communications skills.
