The fix is looking for a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for new and existing client development, reporting into the agencies Group MD. The CSD will have strong knowledge and experience of client mapping, organisational sophistication and growing CMO / senior management level, strategic relationships in order to share best practice and implement across the Client Services team. You will lead the Client Services team output and implement processes and practices to ensure an agile environment with proactive knowledge and best practice sharing within the team and across the company. Setting up and overseeing strategic approach to client retention, management and growth will enable appropriate commercial, operational and financial support to nurture client relationships. The role holder will have a strong knowledge of leading teams to develop and execute innovative, market leading exhibition, event & ideally experiential commercial. Delivering commercially viable business propositions that create winning solutions for our blue-chip client set and be a proven P&L owner for complex client business. . Overseeing the development of commercially viable business propositions and leading the Client Services team to identify opportunities to expand range / depth of solutions sold to existing / new clients. The CSD will collaborate on internal and external Marketing activities across the business. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY 0§ Supporting resourcing for Creative Services, Strategy & Insight and Sales & Marketing teams in collaboration with HR resource and key stakeholders as a member of the Senior Leadership Team § Develop depth of understanding about clients that the brand experience agency works in across sector and work SLT peers to strategically prioritise client interaction: agreeing and owning responsibility to deliver business development plans with revenue / client satisfaction growth goals, via Account Planning tools and approach. § Work with key resource within Client Services and Exec Sponsors to ensure clear way of working, actionable tactics and defined measures of success / align those agreed success measures with performance development plans of resource at a departmental and personal level. § Ensures and evolves collaborative departmental processes and practices i.e. agendas, schedules, timelines across all Client Services team members. § Embeds collaborative departmental processes, agendas, schedules and timelines across all Client Services, Business Development and Marketing teams.
