Up until now, all marketing activities have been managed internally and on a task-by-task basis. Coode Associates are now looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to drive the client base through lead generation into the next phase of growth.

Coode Associates are made up of a small, dynamic team who play a central role in a growing business. In the 6 years since being established, Coode Associates has grown to a team of 16 people, with a growing reputation for partnering with senior teams and shaping organisational cultures.


* All Lead Generation and management of leads from identification to qualification
* Monitoring and management of the customer journey to increase brand awareness and decrease loss of engagement
* Being a subject matter expert and using the tools at your disposal to gain market knowledge, insight and conduct competitor analysis
* Utilising client engagements, marketing activities, partnerships, and thought leadership to enhance the awareness of Coode Associates through our various communication channels
* Managing social media platforms (Twitter/LinkedIn) including, but not limited to, content management, traffic management and implementation schedules
* Full ownership of the company website
* Planning, managing and promoting events including the Annual Reception and CEO breakfasts
* Full agency and vendor management
* Full budget management
* Ownership of the CRM database
* Creation and publication of all marketing and sales material including, but not limited to, brochures, thought papers, case studies, monthly newsletter, blogs etc.


* Demonstrable Lead Generation experience and senior stake holder management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A hands-on attitude and ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared business objectives
* Previous Events Management experience
* Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint (Advanced)
* Adobe InDesign (Intermediate)
* WordPress (Intermediate)
* Google Analytics (Intermediate)
* MailChimp (Intermediate)
* Social Media Platforms (Intermediate)
