In line with the new company strategy announced by McCarthy & Stone last month it is crucial that the brand's values and products are seen in the market for their positive impact on people's lives, and we are partnering with McCarthy to offer the exciting opportunity for an talented Marketing Director to drive brand value and recognition.

In this job you will play a significant role in building the strategy for both National and Regional Marketing, playing a pivotal role in the repositioning of the business around their lifestyle offering. You will be responsible for the management of all marketing resource across the business, working with your direct reports to build compatibility in their teams; leading the function nationally and regionally to execute strong marketing performances and brand-building campaigns that deliver McCarthy's key philosophy - as well as future opportunities. You will be at the centre of building the future of the company and communicating the very real difference the brand makes to people's lives.
To succeed you will be a strategic visionary - capable of generating ideas and organising a strategy that will achieve its goals. You will be an influencer in the company, building relationships at all levels, motivating your teams, and getting the best out of people. You will be financially responsible for budgets and spend, and commercially responsible for marketing campaign best practice, performance metrics, and brand development.
This position is about creating the strategy and engaging both your teams and your audience to truly communicate the lifestyle offering that McCarthy has delivered for 40 years.
