Content Manager, Oxford -
Here at Brand, we are working with an international-scale charitable organisation who holds Christianity at the core of its values, who are looking to recruit an experienced Content Manager to join their committed team of passionate individuals. Due to the principles, practices, ethos and mission of this charity, it is required that you are a practicing Christian and would feel happy to attend daily group prayer sessions (in accordance with Equality Act 2010 - Genuine Occupational Requirement).

Reporting to Marketing Manager, as Content Manager, your core focus shall be on the development and implementation of all content marketing strategies across the organisation with the aim of boosting brand awareness and engagement. Your daily responsibilities will include:

-Creation and proofing of all content for marketing purposes for a wide range of on- and offline collateral;
-Editing and posting a variety of content pieces from various authors to the appropriate digital channels;
-Analysing and evaluating engagement of content, making suitable alterations based on your findings;
-Ensuring all content throughout the organisation remains on-brand and in line with the organisation's mission.

For this role, it is required that the successful candidate has well-rounded experience in marketing communications, with a key emphasis on the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of people - inspiring a 'call to action' amongst audiences.
