The Brand Marketing Manager will have full management of the company brand: visual identity, tone of voice, governance and internal/external brand experience. This role requires leadership of the brand marketing team ensuring engagement and clear lines of responsibility and accountability.

My client are the UK leaders in employee and consumer engagement, a global business with over 35,000 employees based in the UK alone. Through growth and company success, there is a fantastic opportunity to join the business as a Brand Marketing Manager.


The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Governance of the company brand - visual identity, tone of voice and desired brand experience.
* Ownership of the company brand performance through regular assessment and measurement.
* Leadership of the brand marketing team ensuring team engagement and clear lines of responsibility and accountability.
* Ensure co-ordination of plans and activity with the wider marketing team.
* Ownership of the internal communications strategy ensuring all key messages are delivered to the relevant audiences.
* Management of brand reputation through effective crisis communications management and promotion of corporate initiatives.


The successful candidates will have the following skill set and attributes:

* Degree level educated and previous experience in brand marketing and communications - ideally 5+ years

Job Offer

The Brand Marketing Manager role is offering a basic annual salary of £40,000 + bonus + other benefits.
