My client, a large commercial business is looking to recruit a Social Media Manager (Paid Advertising) to join their vibrant, marketing team. This is a new role due to expansion within the business. Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a social media strategy to push 2 brands across various social media channels
Conceptualise, plan and deliver organic and paid-for campaigns from start to finish that utilise the full breadth of social platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and Instagram) - be able to analyse results and produce and execute recommendations
Liaising with design team to create artwork
Full responsibility for technical and strategic delivery of social media campaigns with the ability to work across a number of brands
Build relationships/social media relationships with appropriate key influencers and drive our digital reputation
Brief the internal studio to deliver graphics/creative that support planned campaigns
Use of Coschedule to write and schedule content in line with company brand and personality
Create, develop and drive the companies' video strategy
Drive, manage and monitor the development of our prospect email nurture journey
Monitoring and management of company blogs
Collate and circulate digital reports to assist with driving the business' strategy
Create and deliver any other communications deemed appropriate, adhering to brand guidelines at all times

Skills Required:
You must have social media and paid advertising experience across facebook, linkedin, twitter and instagram - Essential
Some digital marketing experience would be desirable
Superior knowledge of and ability to use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Wordpress, and Co-Schedule
Experience of working with Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey and Google Analytics is desirable but not essential
Experience in producing video - recording and editing - desirable
Strong creative copywriting skills
Outstanding communication skills with an excellent standard of English both written and oral.
Competent in IT including Microsoft Office
Ability to understand a campaign, write and deliver a brief
Must have demonstrable experience working across multiple brands in the social media marketing space
Ability to and confidence in understanding new software quickly
Experience in and knowledge of recording and editing video
Strong copywriting skills
Able to build and sustain lasting relationships with a range of audiences
Salary £28k (May be negotiable, depending on experience)
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Hours 9-5.30pm - 1 hour lunch
