A large Brand Management role working on Health and Beauty Brands for an FMCG company based in Hertfordshire. Focusing on NPD and Innovation and creating effective atl/btl campaigns.

Client Details

A Health and Beauty company based in Hertfordshire offering an exciting Brand Management role has recently become available. My client manufactures some of the best health products on the market and without a doubt you will have used one of them. My clients offers autonomy within a fast paced environment making it ideal for a hands on marketer.


Reporting to the Group Brand Manager you will be working across a portfolio of health and beauty brands. You will be responsible for:

* NPD from concept to launch - full ownership including creating its identity.

* Brand range extensions

* BTL and ATL campaigns

* Central point of contact for brands - being the brand guru

* Develop, recommend and execute marketing plans.

* Looking after P&L data - organising marketing budget

* Own communication strategy for the brands showing creative eye.

* Managing internal and external stakeholders

* Building new brand concepts and preparing the brand for launch

* Review market trends

* Creating instore POS and dealing with distribution

* Working closely with the sales team

* Providing monthly forecasts

* Working with licensed brands


The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG marketing experience having worked with NPD. This role is idea for a newly promoted Brand Manager or an ABM who is looking to take the next step up.
