An independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists working across every aspect of today's built environment require a Business Development Coordinator to help support the development of client relationships and the winning of specific opportunities.

The post holder will report on a day to day basis to the Senior Business Development Coordinator and there will also be a link to the Consulting Business Services Manager and will focus on supporting sales, bidding and tender interview presentation activities. On the bids side the Business Development Coordinator support bid managers on completing bids, providing content for PQQs, tenders and interviews, creating and collating CVs, case studies and project lists, for bids, proposals and invitations to tender and must ensure that all group procedures regarding bid activity are followed. You will also support the development of relationships with existing and new clients including the provision of content for sales presentations and collateral and assisting with the co-ordination of client feedback interviews. Client and market research will also represent an important element of the role.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated or equivalent with previous experience of bidding and business development, preferably within professional services or the construction industry. An enthusiastic and well organised team player, with excellent attention to detail, the Business Development Coordinator will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will enjoy working under pressure, managing and prioritising multiple deadlines.
