E-Commerce Coordinator - Wallingford - £23,000-£26,000

Your new role
You will be working as an E-commerce Coordinator assisting the Marketing Manager in developing a digital marketing strategy whilst also being responsible for the day to day management and reporting of all
e-commerce activities and listings.Within this role you will own the E-commerce process through a number of duties:

* Delivering solutions that meets user's needs within defined timescales and levels of quality
* SEO management across all customer facing channels

* Performing business benefit analysis on the product mix and offering product suggestions to add to portfolio
* Development of effective corrective action plans
* Assist in analysis and management of data quality, content quality and order trends
* Assisting in the preparation and delivery of products and any required documentation generated from the sale of goods
* Providing regular and ad-hoc project status updates to interested parties
* Listing of articles and updating using online channels as well as administrative support for all listings including content and customer management
* Reporting to Marketing Manager on post-implementation business benefits realisation and quality Website management

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need a minimum of 1 year in a marketing or e-commerce related position as well as having a strong knowledge of marketing, business, communications or design. It is essential that you have strong communication skills and proven ability to work with multiple internal and external customers as well as an ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently whilst also thinking creatively. It would also be helpful to have knowledge of sales organisations and B2B customer sales tied in with an innate problem solving ability.
