I am exciting to be recruiting for a passionate and creative Customer Engagement Leader for a leading manufacturing business based in Alcester.

Description

The role of the Customer Engagement Team Leader is to lead, develop and implement the strategy to increase digitalised communication channels with thier customers by ensuring they provide an industry leading customer engagement experience. You will do this by inspiring the customer engagement and service team to continuously maintain a clear, consistent, and accurate picture of our customers and the experiences they want and need using both traditional and online collection methods. You will design and translate their customer understanding into a digital and physical experience that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations and create journey maps that will show our progress. You will also be responsible for;



* Analysis of our progress whilst being able to quantify and qualify the quality of the customer experience on an ongoing basis

* Providing guidance and coaching to all members of staff, especially your team on how to deliver higher levels of customer loyalty and engagement

* Foster a culture that allows us to identify our customers, create an open friendly work environment which supports continuous improvement and quality.


Profile

With your proven experience in change management and customer engagement you will be able to coach, mentor, motivate and support the team to meet the company's strategic goals and KPI's. You will be able to offer leadership to the Customer Engagements team to create a close-knit unit. You will be able to influence and coach people according to the their Values. You also have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You preferably have a background in marketing/data analysis and customer service and will have knowledge of lotus notes / Microsoft office, customer database management, web chat and social media.
