The post-holder is responsible for the management of paid media campaigns that generate leads and/or raise brand awareness. This person will own the relationship with the media and search agencies (paid and organic). They will manage the media strategy and creative development through to production, optimisation and reporting. Responsibilities also include the tracking, optimization and ongoing analysis of all paid advertising campaigns including display (banners, rich media, mobile and video), pay per click (PPC), email and offline (print and OOH) The role requires strong relationship and leaderships skills, attention to detail, budget management experience, strong creative and strategic sensibility, along with an interest in innovation and continuous testing.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below:-
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Professional qualification (e.g. CIM, IMD) or equivalent experience - thorough knowledge of marketing principles, theory and practice (B2C and/or B2B).
* Up-to-date knowledge of the advertising industry and technological advancements.
* Knowledge of business education and competitor organisations.
* Knowledge of campaign tracking and ad serving tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick. Knowledge of ad attribution is a bonus.
* Experience of leading/playing a part in innovative projects, campaigns or initiatives.
* Experience of managing contractors and/or agencies.
* Financial management experience and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Detail oriented and can work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment and meet deadlines.
* Self-starter and fast learner with the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
