Campaign Production Executive - £18k - £23k dependent on experience - York

The Role

Do you have an eye for detail and keen to work with some of the biggest brands out there? Then this could be the position for you. XCM is a company of data driven CRM experts who are looking for a new member of the team with a creative mind to create content for their clients.

The primary purpose of the role is the processing and final production of direct mail campaign files. This will be delivered through excellent facilitation of requirements and the successful completion of all designated work.  The company needs an organised individual who takes pride in their work and can deliver in time and one budget all which producing high quality work. You will be trusted to work individually and as part of a wider team reporting into the Campaign Manager, they are looking for the right person who can handle the volume and scope of work and has a critical eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of client mailing files, including all suppressions and data processing
  • Maintaining software systems and suppression files
  • Ensuring all processing is to specification, follows the brief and is delivered on time
  • Adhere to thorough QC checks on all output files and on all processes
  • Liaising with Client Management to ensure that campaign data is on schedule
  • Control the quality of all data received and exported to and from Clients and third parties with clear receipting procedures and documentation
  • Running MatchIT solution routines against client mailing files
  • Maintaining compliance procedures and documentation
  • Importing & Exporting data from databases

The Person:

The key skills and qualifications of a Campaign Production Executive:

  • High level of numeracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Organised, thorough and observant
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and to strict deadlines

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience of working with MatchIT software suite
  • Experience of SQL
  • Experience of FastStats (or similar analytics packages)
  • Prior experience of working agency side
  • Comprehensive experience of data processing routines and suppression management
  • Experience of marketing principles & primary data analysis
