A Brand Manager position has become available with one of the UKs biggest FMCG brands that is very different to what you would have worked on before. Without a doubt the brand will have a presence in yours or friends households as they take their market by storm.

They are recognised for owning 4 of the UKs biggest FMCG brands and have a massive turnover of nearly £7billion a year. My client also own one of the UKs top e-commerce sites with over 9.5 million users. My client is passionate about changing the lives of their consumers whilst also supporting great charities around the globe.They are based in Hertfordshire.


Description

This Brand Managers role is responsible for brand marketing, strategic, sales, budget, KPI objectives and brand planning.







* Create effective marketing plans, unmissable promotions and engaging experiences.





* Develop and deliver brand objectives, strategies and plans for brands in market





* Manage product developments through the NPD process and launch products into market as necessary





* Works collaboratively with Insight, Category, Broadcast, E-Commerce and Consumer





* Ensure effective delivery of 18 month marketing programme





* Interpreting consumer research and sales data,





* Create and develop a vision for the Social Media plan





* Monitor and understand weekly sales to better the brand





* Ensure brand strategies are being implemented through the line





* Influence independent departments such as retail, online, PR and Broadcast





* Working with and managing 3rd parties





* Review and sign off brand campaigns.





* Control brand budgets including agree spend and ROI objectives


Profile

* Experience of working in an FMCG company or similar brand marketing experience



* Experience with large budgets

* Knowledge of sales and media promotions, retail. online and POS to a sufficiently high level





* A high level of understanding of the TV, press, radio and outdoor media markets





* Track record in managing and implementing promotional activity with third parties
