My client, a leading commercial business based in Oswestry is recruiting a Brand & Communications Manager to cover a FTC role for up to 18 months. If you have experience in managing a marketing team, along with marcoms experience, whilst understanding the principles of marketing then please get in touch!

To influence, develop and cascade marketing strategy within the team, creating and delivering integrated marketing communications campaigns. The Branding & Communications Manager is responsible for group brands and accountable for delivering measurable marketing campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Influence and appropriately develop marketing strategy
Motivate and inspire a talented team to create and develop integrated marketing campaigns focusing on new business and client retention for offline and online activities
Use a range of marketing tactics including print media, PR and editorial, advertising, web, email, social media and video
Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to the relevant legislation and company brand guidelines
Plan department activity and ensure the team remain focused on the achievement of objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the dental media, key opinion leaders, external suppliers and internal departments within the business group
Positively lead and develop the team, carrying out regular performance reviews in line with Company policy

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level/CIM qualified
Proven marketing experience with an excellent understanding of marcoms
Solid understanding of how to effectively use PR and editorial, DM, relationship marketing, social media, email marketing and video as part of the marketing mix
Ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with a range of audiences
Key relationships with industry specialists, design team and 3rd party providers
Must have experience of managing a team
Proven experience of marcoms across various channels
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong people and project leadership skills
Competent in IT including Microsoft Office
Ability to understand marcoms strategy and create and implement campaigns
Able to work in a dynamic business environment, sociable marketing team
Must be able to commit to an 18 month contract

Salary up to £41k
Hours 9-5.30pm, 1 hour lunch
