Global Digital Product Manager



£50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance, bonus, benefits


The Role:

We are looking for a digital innovation leader to join the team, to be the backbone of the digital function and deliver global innovation across multiple markets and a cross-functional team.

The role is unusual and exciting - you will be developing and using technology to better the client in market, as well as having the opportunity to get involved at the forefront of technology in FMCG. The role is 360 - you will project manage from an idea/concept, to market testing and through to launch. The key challenges are identifying the consumer benefits of a digital product/supplement to FMCG/Health brands, and linking the usage of it to engage consumers and ultimately drive sales.

You will be involved in creating apps, websites and chat bots; and use AI to learn about your consumers. You'll be accountable for new revenue streams into the buinsess, managing key stakeholders and business partners as well as assessing the resource needs for your projects across the business.


The Candidate:

  • Significant digital product management & service development experience
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and associated industry leading methodologies
  • Experience defining product strategy and functional roadmaps
  • Experience in new ways of working and new ways of innovating
  • Ability to influence senior R&D, marketing and commercial stakeholders
  • Creative and open attitude, especially to new partners, with a delivery and action focus.
  • Experience in planning, priority setting and management of projects across a multi-functional team
  • True out of the box thinkers, who will approach the Health Nutrition, Health Relief, Health Wellness & Health Hygiene categories with an open mindset and are not easily frustrated by internal hurdles/blockers.
  • Excellent working relationship with the R&D category teams and commercial teams will be a must to ensure success
