Your new role

You will work within the Digital Marketing function to deliver business growth. You will be responsible for working with a number of internal teams and external agencies to help support in creating a best practice digital analytics solution for one of the world's leading insures as well as managing stakeholder requirements. It's an exciting time for digital at the company and they're looking to improve both the quality of their digital analytics and the decisions it underpins. You will be passionate about and experienced in using data to help support decisions and ultimately business action, understanding data from web analytics. You will appreciate the accuracy of data and have the ability to produce daily, weekly and / or monthly KPI reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a relevant degree or high qualification, as well as come from an analytics background, desirably from digital. You will have a demonstrated track record of using analytics: Oracle Analytics, AB testing and user replay tools and experience helping turn this in to customer insight. You will be data literate, and have great communications skills written and verbal. You will also be able to cope with and drive change in a fast moving environment with varying workloads and pressures.

What you'll get in return

Salary paying up to £33,000 depending on experience. The company also offers a flexible benefits package to suit your lifestyle; plus you will receive an annual company bonus subject to performance, free travel insurance for 12 months and a 12% employer contribution pension scheme.
