Established in 1998, our mission is to create awe and wonder, by ‘designing and building the world's best visitor attractions and events' featuring augmented and virtual reality, projection, animation, audio, lighting, software, hardware, special effects and more. Our clients include theme parks, museums, galleries and brands.
We work with a variety of clients from theme parks and museums to galleries big brands and agencies, across the globe. In the studio no day is the same!
The purpose of the GM/ Managing Director role will be to focus on Business Development, client management, creative and technical excellence. Creating and implementing a number of internal and external strategies that will ensure and sustain the company's efficiency, innovation and growth.
You will be making strategic and commercial decisions that will be crucial in the development and growth of the company requiring you to liaise closely with the technical and creative teams, making sure that both commercial and R&D projects are running efficiently, on time and excelling in their output.
This post entails a very broad range of responsibilities but is also very rewarding, challenging, varied and interesting! Most importantly clients and colleagues need to like and respect you.
This role might suit someone who is currently an Executive Producer, General Manager, Head of Creative Services, Business, Marketing or Operations Director, Founding Partner, director or ex-CEO of a start-up from a games, film, creative, design, experiential or visitor attractions background.

+ Experience of directing an SME or large team
+ Experience in a company delivering creative and technology
+ Understanding of creative and/or technical processes and challenges
+ Live in London or within close commute and able to work on site

+ Successful business development experience

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience in effective people management
+ Highly organised with the ability to prioritise while staying calm under pressure
+ Experience in financial strategy and management
+ Marketing and PR experience
+ Experience in experiential agency, visitor attractions or related creative industry
+ Experience and passion for themed and visitor attractions, theme parks etc.
+ Sales or similar business development background
+ Hands on creative and technical experience
