Marketing Manager, Maidenhead - This is a newly created opening for a marketing manager to join what is a fast paced, high growth, and extremely ambitious financial services business based in the Maidenhead region. This business is performing very admirably yet they are near the start of their journey and so you'll need to be someone who enjoys rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in!

With a team of three direct reports you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns that genuinely engage the customer base. Those activities will be delivered across social, web and trade marketing activities in order to generate high levels of awareness and your history using data and customer insight to inform your decision making will enable you to measure performance and ensure that campaigns are aligned and taking to market with maximum impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Planning and delivering integrated campaigns that bring the brand alive and differentiates propositions in order to maximise engagement.
*Identify opportunities to create and deliver engaging content through digital channels to increase awareness and brand engagement.
*Develop a communications strategy using segmentation by creating compelling content and collateral in order to engage the target audience and maximise each touch-point.
*Be the brand guardian for the business, ensuring that all campaign activity delivers a consistent experience.
*Optimising each channel to ensure that all marketing campaigns deliver a seamless experience whilst maximising spend.
*Managing the campaign budgets within your area you will ensure that activity delivers efficient campaigns on budget as well as reaching the agreed target.
*As a team player you will support and coach your direct reports in order to help them achieve their goals and also to create a high performance culture.

Skills and experience required:

*Graduate calibre with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial services business, however, this isn't essential. What is more important is that you have experience working in a high paced, challenger brand environment.
*Team management and coaching experience in order to bring out the best in your team.
*Experience of proposition development and campaign planning across the marketing mix.
*Highly analytical in using performance data and customer insight to inform decision making and recommendations.
*Able to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
*Experienced in managing multiple agency relationships.
*A creative thinker that can identify and recommend innovative solutions to address challenges.
*Strong written, verbal, presentation, project and planning skills.

Due to the location of their Maidenhead based office this role is commutable from those living in Watford, Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Ascot, Wokingham, Reading and High Wycombe.
