Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for working across a portfolio of brands



* Develop and maintain a characteristic and engaging customer focused brand plan, including individuality, tone of voice, product and service style that informs 'what we do and how we do it' across the entire customer journey.





* Responsible for creation of the long and short-term strategic direction for brand





* Develop strong relationships with retailers both instore and online to increase sale chances of new-to-market brands.





* Monitor and track campaigns and evaluate effectiveness of activities.





* Key Stakeholder management to ensure they are within Brand Guidelines and confidence in managing them if they are not.





* Monitor and analyze category trends and competitor activity





* Conduct consumer research to help influence brand development and marketing campaigns.





* Working with Trade propositions to provide compelling reasons to recommend our brands over the competition.





* Full management of brand budgets ensuring it is cost effective





* Line management responsibility of one market executive helping develop their career.


Profile

* At least 3 years FMCG experience in Food or Consumer Goods





* Experience working with retail campaigns





* NPD experience from concept to launch





* Social media experience





* Data platform experience





* Strong project management experience





* Looking to stay with a brand and grow a long term career.


Job Offer

The Brand Manager can expect to receive a salary of £40k-£45k depending on experience.
