An ambitious and driven law firm is looking for a Digital & Communications Executive to play a central role in the implementation of a visual identity project and an imminent website build project.

This role is a great opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual who will be willing to bring new ideas and challenge the existing digital and communications activities. Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager and also supporting the Communications Manager, the Digital & Communications Executive will provide support firm-wide across a range of sectors and services. The role holder will own and drive website content creation and maintenance including creating new pages and sections on the firm's website and microsites and will be expected to working continually to optimise the content for strong SEO. You will partake in an intranet revamp project including restructuring the navigation, assisting with data cleanse and establishing best practice and will assist with ad hoc firm-wide intranet queries and support requests. The role holder will help organise and run strategic multi-channel internal campaigns including running the weekly "call to content", organising content creation for the intranet and weekly firm-wide email and rolling out internal engagement initiatives. From a social media perspective you will plan and manage content for all the firm's channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube and will use Hootsuite to schedule and monitor social content, interact with the firm's audience and review analytics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for email marketing, creating and sending email alerts, event invites and newsletters via the firm's email marketing platform and subsequently monitoring the results and export reports.

This role will suit a bright and enthusiastic graduate or equivalent with previous experience in a digital communications role in another professional services firm to include a proven track record of running social media campaigns and experience in setting up and running email campaigns and of maintaining a CMS. The Digital & Communications Executive will be creative, team-spirited and collaborative, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage workload with competing priorities and must be confident in liaising with people at all levels, including partners, clients and colleagues.
