The role of Head of Marketing Strategy - Financial Services is for a top financial services company, with a focus on Wealth and Investments. The role of Head of Marketing Strategy - Financial Services includes the following responsibilities:
Lead the strategic plans for the Wealth business, assessing all segments in a clear and insights driven way
Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence them on the brand positioning and marketing approach
Help to create effective 'always on' campaign approach, working closely with the technology team
Ensure activities can be implemented at a regional level
Devise annual strategy plans, making sense of the volume of marketing/content activity that is going out
Create clear plans on what the focus should be, when driving growth for the sales and investment teams
Work closely with wider teams to create proposition and pricing that clearly sets the Brand apart from the their competitors


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Have a strong strategic marketing background, this will include understanding higher level brand and customer aims in a large organisation
Ideally have a Financial Services Marketing background (IFA or Credit Cards focused), other regulated industries considered
Have exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
Able to demonstrate making clear strategic decisions based on accurate insights and data
Expert understanding of segmentation and go-to-market strategy
Can show strong results across both acquisition and retention
In depth understanding of bringing together all marketing channels
