With innovation as their core they are constantly bringing something new to the market and are growing more and more with every new product launch. It is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to develop their career and knowledge of FMCG.


Reporting to the National Account Controller - The Category and Insight Manager will be responsible for

* Developing strong relationships with key retailers including the top 6 grocers - Key stakeholder management and control to help influence at range review stage

* Supporting the delivery of sales targets working closely with the team

* Conducting range reviews using insight data to influence range and merchandising plans.

* Providing category insight to help direct the brand and their strategies.

* Finding NPD gaps in the market and developing EPD through data insights

* Space planning - previous use of software would be ideal

* Comfortable in data problem solving and able to filter multiple data into powerful insights.


The right Category and Insight manager will have 3-5 years FMCG experience in category.. They will be skilled in the use of IRI/Neilson/Selfserve and Dunnhumby. Must have a solid track record of achieving results at range reviews.

Job Offer

The Category and Insight Manager can look to receive a salary of between £45k- to £50/55k plus benefits including car.
