Working with the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible on devising and delivering strategic and integrated communication & brand plans for the firm's main attraction. This position will be leading the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of the PR and brand activation plan of the firm in order to meet or exceed the business volume, revenue and EBITDA annual targets.

Based in London, the PR Manager will be responsible for:

* Manage the relationship and briefing of external agencies (PR, Creative & Tone of Voice) to deliver innovative and exciting strategic plans that will deliver agreed results.

* Monitor and evaluate all PR and brand campaigns against agreed KPIs and make recommendations and implement new procedures and processes where necessary.

* Be the brand guardian and customer champion for the attraction and ensure that the attraction and other firm's brands adhere to the brand guidelines.

* Support the HOM in the creation of a guest focused product & events schedule.

* Responsible for management of all social media channels, social media strategy, content creation and evaluation with support of PR agency.

* Plan and deliver an innovative PR & social media plan that will deliver revenue targets.

* Ensure all plans support and feed into the overall attraction marketing strategy.


Based in Central London, the PR Manager ideally should have:

* Ideally degree educated or professional marketing or PR qualification required.

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in brand marketing & PR.

* Must have experience of managing PR and creative agencies to deliver agreed KPI's

* Experience of developing and sustaining on line communities & content creation

* Experience of leading and driving integrated brand campaigns

* Experience of managing and working with sponsors, partners, talent and events.

* Strong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate ROI

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed with the ability to build close relationships with internal (operations, GM, brand teams) and external customers/departments.

* Ability to think strategically

* Ability to work in multi-disciplined/cross functional teams

* Excellent copywriting skills required

* Strong leadership and influencing skills required.
