Be the first point of call for email campaigns and some user journey's across all email campaigns using tools to optimise engagement and conversion with users.

Client Details

The client is based in North West London and currently going through an exciting period in the build up to Christmas and the New Year. This digital team have been pushing the boundaries in terms of usercentrisity, a great time for an talented Email Manager to join a thriving Charity!


The key responsibilities for this Email Manager are


Business plan implementation


Working with an external consultant, develop welcome programmes for key supporters and financial donors - using insight and workshops to drive content and segmentation decisions

Build on our re-consent plan - developing our work on key journeys for each of our marketing lists to ensure all journeys and data capture across email is GDPR compliant

Work with our Digital Project Manager to develop our email preference centre - ensuring our users are able to manage their interests

Email management

Build sophisticated and segmented automation programmes within our ESP

Create and send emails

Write compelling email copy, using a test and learn approach to ensure CTAs are optimised across our programmes

Work with our designer and production manager to re-purpose existing content for email, where appropriate


This successful Email Manager will need to be available to work full time in London and have sufficient experience in managing email marketing campaigns and optimising use journeys. Not for Profit and Charities experience is not essential.

Job Offer

This is a temporary role paying £150.00 - 190.00, for circa 3 months. Not for Profit and Charities sector experience preferred but not essential.
