This established company are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the Head of Marketing in managing all aspects of marketing across the Group .Experience in financial services or a B2B environment would be advantageous. Duties include, but are not limited to, content creation, market research, administration support and data analysis and much more! Having built strong relationships they strive to provide a first class service to their customers and a stable working environment for all employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of our marketing campaigns
* Upload content to websites
* Data analysis, evaluation and reporting on campaigns and marketing activities
* Liaise with designers and printers
* Assist in the production of marketing collateral and arrange effective distribution of marketing materials
* Provide data and reports to help the sales and marketing team
* Administration support
* Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
* Create content for and manage the social media activities of the business to promote campaigns and gain new custom
* Assist in the day to day running of all marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
* Create and distribute design work on Photoshop and Illustrator for the use on a wide variety of platforms such as screen displays and social media posts
* Conduct relevant market research in order to create specific content for social media and email campaigns

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
* Experience in B2B marketing
* Experience in financial services or B2B environments
* Digital marketing skills and awareness of digital media techniques
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Good organisation and planning skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team and good interpersonal skills
* Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
* The ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines
* The ability to use your initiative and the confidence to 'sell' your ideas
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
